David E. Young, CPPA, SPPA Certified Professional Public Adjuster Senior Professional Public Adjuster Mr. Young is one of very few individuals throughout the world who has passed both the Certified Professional Public Adjuster (CPPA) Examination and the Senior Professional Public Adjuster Examination (SPPA).He has achieved the designations of both through the University of Iowa and the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA). He has actively served on NAPIAS Ethics Committee. He was the founding President of the Arizona Association of Public Insurance Adjusters.Mr. Young is a graduate of Weber State University with a degree in Finance. He has post graduate training in Advanced Financial Analysis through Utah State University and Dun & Bradstreet courses. He is a nationally recognized expert in the appraisal of insurance claims, having been retained by a national publisher to author writings to train attorneys in this provision of insurance law.

Mr. Young was recently named the president of the Rocky Mountain Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (RMAPIA). He also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) whose headquarters is in the Washington, DC area. Further, Mr. Young was recently retained as a contributing editor of a magazine which is directed to Attorneys.
